Tony joined Herbert Geer in 2006 and was made a partner in 2010. He has substantial expertise in all areas of telecommunications, acting for all types of participants in the industry, including carriers, service providers, government, and regulators.

Tony is an expert in network rollout, interconnect and other wholesale arrangements, retail contracts, advertising and sales conduct, all areas of telecommunications regulation, carrier licensing, facilities access, carrier land access powers, and he has significant experience in conducting arbitrations and litigation under the telecommunications-specific competition and access provisions in the Competition and Consumer Act and the Telecommunications Act.
