Kate Mabilia joined Herbert Geer in 1998 as a lawyer and practices exclusively in the Victorian workers’ compensation jurisdiction. She has considerable experience defending claims under the Accident Compensation Act 1985, serious injury applications and common law actions.

Kate has extensive experience appearing before the Magistrates’ Court, County Court and Supreme Court. Her knowledge and experience were recognised when she was selected by the Victorian WorkCover Authority’s Dispute Management Division in 2003 for its first external secondment.
