IT Supply and Procurement

Each of the four partners in our Information Technology practice group, Graeme Hodgkinson, Graham Phillips, Dan Brush and Paul Noonan, has extensive experience working as in-house counsel as well as in private law firms.

We act for vendors, service providers and customers in the following areas:

  • Outsourcing agreements
  • Software and hardware implementation and integration agreements
  • IT services and consultancy agreements
  • Hardware procurement
  • Software licensing
  • Preparation of tender documentation and assistance with responding to tenders
  • IT / Legal Due Diligence
  • Post-deal transitional services arrangements in the context of corporate group divestments

A number of our information technology lawyers are also experts in intellectual property, and are therefore in a position to assist technology companies in that area. In conjunction with other parts of the firm, we also are able to advise technology companies on corporate and general commercial legal issues, including tax, property and employment law.
