Graham has advised in relation to construction arrangements and network rollout, interconnect and other wholesale arrangements, retail contracts, advertising and sales conduct. Graham is an expert in copyright law applicable to carriers and ISPs. He is a specialist in all areas of telecommunications regulation, including carrier licensing, facilities access, carrier land access powers, and he has significant experience in conducting arbitrations and litigation under the telecommunications-specific competition and access provisions in the Trade Practices Act.
