To ensure YOU have a rewarding experience as a Graduate or Seasonal Clerk, YOU will be given a variety of real hands-on work which could include:

drafting practical file work

observing/shadowing (meetings, conferences, mediations, court appearances)

attending in-house seminars for professional development

researching

attending settlements

document management/due diligence

attending College of Law (Sydney/Brisbane)

attending Leo Cussen (Melbourne).
We offer between 6-8 Graduate positions in our Melbourne office each year.
