Herbert Geer has been a member of the Victorian WorkCover Authority’s legal panel since 1986 and acts for a large number of corporations and statutory authorities that are self-insured under the Accident Compensation Act 1985, and for licensees and claims managers under the Commonwealth Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
