Richard has been a partner since 1987 having joined Herbert Geer in 1985, and has extensive experience in insurance litigation since the early 1980’s.

Richard is a senior partner in the Workplace Services team which provides a range of services to WorkSafe Victoria, major employers, insurers and self insurer companies. He is regularly asked to make presentations and conduct training sessions on various aspects of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and risk management.
