Peter joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 1998. Peter has broad transactional commercial experience which has included working for many major Australian companies.
Areas of expertise:
- commercial and business law
- banking, finance and security advice
- insolvency and recovery proceedings
Peter has experience in the purchase and sale of shares and assets including the preparation of due diligence reports and structuring advice. Peter also act for a number of bank and non bank financiers in funding, restructuring and recovery matters.
In addition to degrees in Law and Commerce Peter has a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London
