Peter joined the firm in 2005 and has been a partner since July 2006.  He has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics.  He has a broad range of major corporate clients.

Peter has particular expertise in banking and finance transactions and advises on all areas of debt finance, in particular, acquisition and leverage finance, construction finance, mezzanine lending and general corporate lending.

Peter also advises clients in relation to significant commercial arrangements, including acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
