Paul joined Herbert Geer as a partner in 2008. Paul has specialised in construction work since March 1996. He has represented government, statutory corporations, principals, contractors, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors in a broad range of non contentious and contentious matters.

Paul has acted for clients in respect of and prepared the project documents for a number of high profile construction projects including airport infrastructure, railway infrastructure, recycling facilities and commercial and residential developments. He has specific experience in Supreme Court and District Court proceedings, arbitrations, expert determinations, mediation, facilitation and adjudications pursuant to the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act.
