Michael joined Herbert Geer in 2004 as a solicitor. He was made a partner in 2008. Michael has strong experience acting on mergers and acquisitions for buyers, sellers and financiers, including domestic and cross-border transactions.

Michael’s experience includes management buy-outs and acting for management and exiting shareholders as well as privatisations, including acting for a group of offshore investors. His strength in cross-border transactions includes the refinancing of debt facilities. Michael has also provided advice on all aspects of corporate law including disclosure requirements in issuing public documents such as prospectuses and information memoranda for schemes of arrangement.
