Louise joined Herbert Geer as a partner in 2008, and has extensive experience in Workplace Relations law. She has an intimate knowledge of the industrial relations system and has advised on large scale workplace restructuring exercises in highly unionised workplaces.
Louise regularly appears in the industrial relations tribunals and courts. Her legal expertise is complemented by her previous experience in employee relations with General Motors Holden and the State Transport Authority. As a result of her experience in direct line management roles, Louise understands the issues and pressures facing clients in the management of complex employee and industrial relations problems.
