Jayne has approximately 20 years of legal experience predominantly in the energy and resources sectors.  Jayne began her career as a solicitor with national firm, and more recently with Energy Developments Limited, where she held the position of general counsel and company secretary.  Prior to this, Jayne’s experience was obtained as company secretary of Novus Petroleum and legal counsel and company secretary of Gold Mines of Australia then listed on the ASX.
