Jacqui joined Herbert Geer in 2002 and became a partner in 2007.  Her work involves advising on the establishment of managed investment products.

Areas of expertise:

• corporate and commercial transactions

As well as advising in the funds management sector, Jacqui also advises on the Corporations Act, providing corporate governance advice for listed and unlisted entities.  She has also acted on mergers and acquisitions and the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements.
