An employee at Herbert Geer since 1984 and a partner since 1993, Henrik has practised in the field of commercial dispute resolution since the mid 1980’s.
Areas of expertise:
- banking and finance litigation
- property disputes
- general contractual and commercial disputes
- misleading and deceptive conduct
- injunctions - primarily in the Supreme and Federal Courts
Henrik has acted for a range of clients including financial institutions, large private companies, small public companies, accountants, property developers, technology and entertainment companies. He is a regular tutor in litigation at the Leo Cussen Institute.
Henrik is also the partner responsible for the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
