Graham joined Herbert Geer in August 2005 as a partner. He has substantial expertise in all areas of telecommunications, acting for all types of participants in the industry, including carriers, service providers, equipment suppliers, government, users and investors.

Graham has advised in relation to construction arrangements and network rollout, interconnect and other wholesale arrangements, retail contracts, advertising and sales conduct. He is a specialist in all areas of telecommunications regulation, including carrier licensing, facilities access, carrier land access powers, and he has significant experience in conducting arbitrations and litigation under the telecommunications-specific competition and access provisions in the Trade Practices Act.
