Our Graduate Program runs in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Key benefits of the program include:
- experience in two practice areas
- regular feedback, on-the-job coaching and career development advice from a supervising partner, mentor and buddy
- opportunities to attend client functions, participate in client meetings, attend mediations and court
- contact with barristers, clients and witnesses as part of the day-to-day conduct of matters
- structured learning opportunities - take part in our regular CLE sessions and attend trainee/graduate information sessions on topics such as civil procedure, Trade Practices Act, Corporations Act, advocacy and marketing.
Positions in our Graduate Program are offered to some of our seasonal clerks. Applications are extended to external applicants depending on availability. The program differs slightly in each state.
