Herbert Geer assists many franchisees in all aspects of acquiring or selling a franchise including undertaking necessary due diligence, advising on and negotiating all franchise and related documents including any necessary lease and sublease of licence, and assisting in the obtaining of all necessary consents, licences and permits and ongoing support in carrying on the business.
