Our Corporate team provides advice and implementation across a broad range of corporate issues and transactions.

We advise on the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, Part IVA of the Trade Practices Act and the foreign investment regime. Our team has sufficient scale to handle large scale transactions.
