Alice joined Herbert Geer in 2006. She was made a partner in 2008. Alice has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. She has Graduate Diplomas in Urban Estate Management and in Legal Practice, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Alice has broad-ranging experience in government at both an executive level and as a senior Ministerial adviser, including Chief of Staff.

Alice has extensive experience in environment and planning law with a particular emphasis on land use planning, building and sustainable development. She has been involved in the planning reforms in NSW for the past decade. She appears regularly in the Land and Environment Court and provides advice across a wide range of areas including development contributions, development proposals, contaminated land and issues management.
