Our Services

  • tax effective structuring and solutions (encompassing income tax, capital gains tax, goods and services tax, stamp duty and other indirect taxes) for all aspects of corporate, commercial and financing transactions;

  • applications for private, product and class rulings from the Australian Taxation Office;
  • negotiating with and litigating against both Federal and State revenue authorities in disputes (including tax audits);
