We offer between 8-9 Graduate positions in our Melbourne office each year.
Our programs are designed to develop and enhance your legal career through continual mentoring and coaching. You will be given an opportunity to deal directly with Barristers, clients and witnesses and given a significant degree of responsibility and autonomy on high quality, "real work".

Rotate through two Practices (ideally commercial and litigation)

Assignment of a Principal, Mentor and Buddy

Supervision and coaching from Partners and Senior Practitioners

Be in the middle of all the action

Develop your key skills to a deeper level and accelerate your career

Attend mediations, court hearings, client functions and meetings

Ongoing internal and external workshops / training sessions

Attend Leo Cussen’s workshops (during business hours) to qualify for PLT element.
